How to clean the cast iron frying pan?
1. Clean the frying pan immediately after use and avoid soaking the pan for a long time, which may lead to rusting.
2. Gently wash the frying pan with warm water and a sponge to remove most of the food from the pan. Do not use soap and steel wool, which can scratch the pan or remove seasonings.
3. If food sticks to the pan, boil water in the pan.
4. Dry it thoroughly with a towel or place it on the stove over low heat to evaporate any remaining water.
5. When the cast iron frying pan is dry, coat it with a thin layer of oil, both inside and outside. Let it cool.
6. Store in a dry place.
